An Introduction

I'm not entirely sure how you happened to stumble upon this if you don't know me, or even if you do for that matter, but congratulations! You've just come across my blog. Here is where I will write upon many a topic, mostly what I happen to be thinking about or something creative I can do with my time. Now, I know you still don't really know me, but that's okay. We can be friends.

In honor of our new-found friendship, here's a poem I wrote to my beloved Magikarp:

Ode to Magikarp

Magikarp, O Magikarp,

Why hast thou forsaken me?

Your abundancy should’ve been a clue,

But I followed you out to sea.

I wrangled and I caught you,

With one pokéball nonetheless.

I desperately wanted to train you;

You would’ve been the best.

But Magikarp, my Magikarp,

As much as I may need you,

Your purpose is going to be

Filling my pokédex, then we’ll be through.

For you, dearest Magikarp,

Have little to no attack,

And I can’t battle well

If you only can use Splash.

My Magikarp aside, I wish you the best in your endeavors, whether or not you wish to follow mine.
